Unable to save User or Computer Profiles. When right clicking on user or computer profile, a pop up comes up “What do you want to do with Default_Aspx?user=administrator&domain=(your domain name)".
On the server where Desktop Authority resides, in Server Manager, Internet Explorer Enhanced Security Configuration is turned on for administrators and users.
1. Close Desktop Authority Manager and open Server Manager on the server where Desktop Authority resides.
2. Once Server Manger is open go to Configure IE ESC (Internet Explorer Enhanced Security Configuration).
3. Change the radio button for Administrators and Users to "Off".
4. Once this is complete open Desktop Authority Manager and export your user and computer profiles.
