Desktop Authority's Computer Based Management (CBM) refresh interval is set to 60 minutes by default. The CBM refresh timer begins when the machine starts.

To modify the refresh interval for CBM:
1. In the Desktop Authority Console, navigate to Client Configuration | Global Options | Computer Management Options | Definitions.
2. Click "Edit"
3. Click "Add" under Global definitions section.
4. Select “Event_Refresh_Time” from the drop down. The “Value” dialogue box can be modified with the desired refresh rate.
