InTrust User Session Tracking is not collecting data

The InTrust User Session Tracking used in Collections is showing a last event as "n/a".
対策
The issue has been reported as a bug and expected to be fixed in the next release i.e., 11.6.1 which is expected to be released in mid of September 2024.
There is no workaround for this issue.
