Consider the following scenario:
1) InTrust is installed with the 'Basic Install' option.
2) The InTrust Manager is then installed.
3) InTrust Manager cannot connect to the InTrust server with the following error:
"Cannot connect to InTrust server using the following connection options. Reason: Object '{GUID}' not found in the collection 'ADCServer.GlobalParameters'"
If full use of InTrust functionality is required the 'Full Install' option must be used to create the all the required components in the InTrust_Cfg_DB.
The 'GlobalParameters' table is missing required entries created by a 'Full' install.
If this is new installation and the first InTrust server in the InTrust Organization likely the quickest solution is to:
1) Uninstall all the InTrust components from the InTrust server. Delete the existing InTrust databases.
2) Reinstall with the Full Install Package option.
