SQL Server 2000 users are granted sysadmin roles unlike more recent versions of SQL Server
原因
The SQL Server grant privilege script has a check of the SQL Server instance version before granting privileges to the user.
If the instance is a SQL Server 2000 (or below), the script will grant the sysadmin privilege.
If the instance is at SQL Server 2005 or higher, the script will add only the privileges required for monitoring the SQL Server instance. These privileges are described in the Foglight for Databases deployment guide.
対策
Workaround Use the attached MSSQLPermissionsGrant_4375155.sql script to grant the privileges to the monitored SQL Server instance. Users may require to be logged into Supportlink to download this file.
Status Monitoring SQL Server 2000 instances is no longer supported by the Foglight SQL Server cartridge. Defect ID FOG-8384 has been logged to remove references in the grant privileges script to provide sysadmin privileges to versions 9.0 (SQL Server 2005).
