Cannot acknowledge or clear alarms from Federated FMS server
説明

Users are not able to acknowledge nor clear alarms on the Federator server. The respective FMS log file has entries similar to the following lines:
An attempt to get data from the remote server "jnp://servername:1099" failed due to an unexpected error (most likely originating on the remote server). java.lang.SecurityException: Bad user name or password: user@domain.com com.quest.nitro.service.security.util.SecUtils.acquireSecurityContext(SecUtils.java:1100) at com.quest.nitro.service.federation.RemoteAlarmAccessService.doInSecurityContext(......
原因

The Foglight environment is setup to use Active Directory authentication with SSO.
Since this is SSO, the FMS server will not know users' passwords. It cannot use "basic" authentication for clearing alarms on child servers.
対策
A security token for authenticating calls from the Federator master to Federated child servers is needed.
To configure token exchange security between the Federation Master and a Federated Child:
1. Open the federation.config file on the Federation Master and locate the following line:
  # SecurityToken = “”;
2. Uncomment the line (remove the #) and define a security token.
3. Save the federation.config file.
4. Repeat step 1 through step 3 for each Federated Child that needs to have token exchange security with the Federation Maste and defining the same security token for each Federated Child.
