No data is returned when selecting "This Month" when creating a report during an incomplete month

When attempting to 'schedule' or 'create a report', for example, "Instance Availability", in an incomplete month (i.e., 15th January) and selecting "This Month" as the time range, no data is returned within the Report. The report consists of empty spaces where there should be data. When selecting "Last Month" or "Custom" up to the current date, all data is populated as expected.
原因
"This Month" is currently incomplete. The current time on any page or report is considered the end of the time range. The expected behaviour when the current time is in the future is to show n/a ("Not Available") for any current values shown on the page. The current time is in the future and there isn't any available data, except in situations where predicted data is available.
対策
FREQ-428 has been raised to address this in a future release of Foglight. There is currently no workaround, however, there is more flexibility in the handling of time ranges within the next major releases of Foglight.
