A blackout was set up for the Host topology object but the Record Severity rule alarm still fired and detected error messages found in the monitored log files.
対策
You have to add the toplogy instance FileLogMonitorFileGroup from the Advanced search in the Blackout. You can then choose the specific host instance under FileLogMonitorFileGroup which you want to black out.
