A SQL Server transaction log file filled to a level between the lower and upper bound of the Warning thresholds but an alarm did not fire.
By default the Warning alarm is not enabled in the Normal sensitivity level.
RESOLUTION 1
Adjust the sensitivity for the "DBSS - Log Files Utilization" alarm in the Normal Sensitivity (see Knowledgebase article 232091)
RESOLUTION 2
Change the sensitivity level for the agent from Normal to Tuning (see Knowledgebase article 232091)
RESOLUTION 3
Upgrade the FMS and the SQL Server cartridge to a 6.0 or higher level which uses Alarm Templates. The Sensitivity functionality has been deprecated in these versions.
