Error: When clicked on ? icon, help icon reflects blank screen across v10.0 DISuite and does not displays the content for the search base
Symptoms:
When user tries to search for some information from the modules through help (?) icon, the window does not displays the content in v10.0 DISuite
Resolution:
- Take the backup of the existing file (main.js) from the specified location --> C:\Program Files\Apache Software Foundation\Tomcat 8.5\webapps\erwinDISuite\JavaScripts\main.js
- Open the file location and search for HTTP and replacee all the HTTP with HTTPS. Save the changes. Snapshot attached for reference
- Stop the Tomcat service, delete all the log-files and then restart the Tomcat service
- Check the DISuite v10.0 help icon and it will display the search base contents successfully.
