Please confirm that Data Modeler and Mart Server are on the same version as well as backup your data before carrying out any installation or upgrades.
For all upgrades, we suggest to test it in test/UAT environment before moving to production environment.
For Mart Upgrade, if current Mart Server is Prior to Mart server 9.8. Please upgrade Mart Server to 9.8 before upgrading to this release.
Mart Server is an essential component in erwin Data Modeler. The Mart Server is deployed on a web server and includes the software that enables communication between the Mart Database and erwin DM. (12.5.1 Build:12094)

If you purchased the licenses for this Software by executing an order form with Quest or if you have an agreement with Quest that states that all purchases are governed by such agreement, then the terms and conditions of that agreement supersedes and takes precedence over the Software Transaction Agreement.
