Sync Stop working after the customer upgrade the tool to the latest version
After an update, the client must ensure that the Quest service is running. If it is running, then they should proceed to verify the node in the console.
1. Go to Directory sync pro for active directory
2. Click on
3. Click on Nodes
4. After that the user should see to nodes with the same name
5. User needs to change the first node to Offline/Passive and the second node to Online/Active
