Very slow performance when copying externalized content
説明
When copying an excessively large Document Library which is externalized via BLOB Storage, the migration performance is very slow.
原因
Possibly resource-heavy externalization processes executing the same time as migrations.
This is particularly exacerbated if running things such as a heavy SharePoint Search process at the same time.
対策
Our recommendation is to temporarily disable any externalization processes, migrate the content to the target, and then turn the externalization back on.
