Change Outbound MIME Conversion option to Message content: from Notes to Plain Text and HTML in the Domino Server Configuration.

Step by step to change the Domino Server Configuration for Outbound MIME Conversion option:

1. Ensure that Configuration Settings document for the domino server(s) had been configured which is the outbound server in the CMN Mail Connector Configuration.
2. From the Domino Administrator, click the Configuration tab and expand the Messaging section
3. Click Configurations
4. Select the Configuration Settings document for the mail server or servers you want to administer then click Edit Configuration
5. Click the MIME - Conversion Options - Outbound tab
6. Change the value of Message Content from from Notes to Plain Text to from Notes to Plain Text and HTML
7. Click Save & Close
