Runtime prompt search boxes are grayed out for searches on database direct connections

When trying to create a search the same as on a production database, the archive database runtime prompt options are grayed out on the search tabs.
原因
Database direct connection searches (such as archive database searches) are constructed differently than on the production database. Due to the way the search is going to be a "with events" type search, all variables must be a known value at the time the search is created.
対策
This is how searching a database direct connections is performed, this is expected behavior
