You receive error: Could not find file d:\ArchiveManager\Index\Message\segments in the Application Event logs. This error is thrown by the Full Text Index Service.
The segments file is missing from the specified directory or has been renamed. Ensure that the segments file has not been renamed to segments.new.
RESOLUTION 1:
If the Segments File has been renamed (ex: segments.new) simply rename it back to segments and restart the Full Text Index Service & the Full Text Search Service.
RESOLUTION 2:
Remove or rename the Index Directory and perform a re-index of the Database.
