RESTORE statements are collected for auditing even when Backup/Restore filter is not selected

対策
Expected result: The mentioned RESTORE statements should not be collected for auditing if the Backup/Restore filter is not selected.
WORKAROUND:
1. The RESTORE statement can be excluded through the advanced filter
