How to enable and disable verbose logging on the Active Administrator Foundation Server? (4332046)

Note: Enabling Verbose logging takes a lot of CPU and memory usage on the AFS/ADS Server and it can greatly impact the performance. It is not recommended that you keep the Verbose logging enabled. Once the troubleshooting is completed, be sure to disable it.

To Enable verbose logging on the AFS server:

1. Open Active Administrator Console
2. Press F9 or on the top right corner click Settings | AFS Server Status
3. In the General Settings | Click the arrow on the lower right corner
4. Click Clear All and select the Categories to troubleshoot
5. Click Enable Verbose Logging

To Disable verbose logging on the AFS server:

1. Open Active Administrator Console
2. Press F9 or on the top right corner click Settings | AFS Server Status
3. In the General Settings | Click the arrow on the lower right corner
4. Click Select All
5. Click Disable Verbose Logging
