Internal Script Progress Dialog Stays on Top of Other Applications (4380431)

A behavior was identified where the internal script progress dialog does not properly restrict its "always on top" behavior to the Toad application. Instead, it remains visible above all other applications, even when another program is maximized in full screen.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log into the database.

2. Navigate to Schema Browser | Materialized Views.

3. Select multiple views, e.g., MV_TEST_1 through MV_TEST_9.

4. Right-click and choose Refresh, then confirm with OK.

5. While the refresh script runs, if a refresh will take a longer time to run on one materialized view over others, during that time, switch to another application and maximize it to full screen.

6. Observe that the progress dialog continues to stay on top of the other application.

Expected Behavior:
The script progress dialog should only remain on top of Toad, not other applications.

None

Waiting for fix in a future release of Toad for Oracle
