The message "Cursor must be opened" appears when trying to run a simple query in the SQL Editor window.
Risoluzione

RESOLUTION #1

Reboot the PC.

RESOLUTION #2

This may be an issue with some data in the table. Try running the same statement in SQL *Plus and see if it returns data. If there is an issue in SQL *Plus, then it is a data issue.
