Error "Access is Denied" opening the Editor and/or changing the active Editor tab (4379777)

Error "Access is Denied" opening the Editor and/or changing the active Editor tab after upgrade to Toad for Oracle 2025 R2 Subscription edition.

Error is encountered when JavaScript is disabled.

Enable JavaScript setting:

1. Close Toad if it is open
2. Open the Internet Options window from Windows Control Panel or search for it in Windows Search Bar to locate it quickly
3. Activate the Security tab
4. Select the Internet zone
5. Click the Custom level… button
6. Scroll down to the Scripting > Active Scripting section and set it to Enable
7. Click OK to each dialog until you have exited Internet Options
8. Start Toad
9. The error no longer occurs

*For those with AI Enabled licenses JavaScript must be enabled for feature to work.
