Concentrator Agent Manager

If a firewall is installed between the Management Server and the Agent Manager, a bidirectional connection is not possible. This issue can be resolved by creating a concentrator — an Agent Manager instance that works similarly to an HTTP proxy. The concentrator can be configured to accept data requests from the Management Server and direct them to the Agent Manager instances (called downstream instances).
