Table_Dump Reports

The Table_Dump Reports display raw data concerning CSRs and issue tracking. These reports are designed to be exported into Excel® for the use of system administrators.


Report	Description
CSR Issues List (Landscape List Format)	List of CSR issues.
CSR Raw Data (Landscape List Format)	Spreadsheet of CSR data formatted for export to Excel. This report does not include code descriptions.
CSR Raw Data with Descriptions (Landscape List Format)	Spreadsheet of CSR data including code descriptions formatted for export to Excel.
CSR Task Time Entry - Raw Data (Landscape List Format)	Spreadsheet of CSR Task and Activity data formatted for export to Excel. This report does not include code descriptions.
Project Issues List (Landscape List Format)	Spreadsheet of project issues formatted for export to Excel.
Stat User Login History	Stat User login history sorted descending by login date. Keep track of users that logged into Quest® Stat®.

Task Reports

Task Reports display information concerning tasks, including uncompleted and past due tasks.


Report	Description
CSR Quick List with Tasks (Standard Format)	General CSR information including associated tasks.
CSR Quick List with Tasks - Closed CSRs (List Format)	List of closed CSRs with their associated tasks.
CSR Task Time Entry by Period (List Format)	Detailed listing of time entered by user, CSR and task for a specified period of time.
CSR Task Time Entry Summary (List Format)	List of time entered by user, CSR and task for a specified period of time. Summarized at the task level.
CSR Task Time Entry Summary (CSR) (List Format)	List of total time entered by a user for a specified period of time. Summarized at the CSR level.
Estimated CSR Completion (List Format)	List of CSR tasks including the percentage completed and the number of hours.
Incomplete Tasks by Assigned User (List Format)	List of uncompleted tasks sorted by assigned user.
Past Due Tasks by Assigned User (List Format)	List of past due tasks sorted by assigned user.
