Approval Reports

Approval reports display information concerning migration approvals and status transfer approvals defined in workflows.

CSR Approval Overrides (Excel format)

List of Workflow Status Transfers, Migrations, and Patch Applies that have been done without approvals, or with approval override, sorted by CSR ID and override time.

CSR Workflow Approvals (List Format)

List of CSRs with historical and current workflow information.

Migration Approvals by Approval Status (List Format)

List of archive sets pending migrations that required approvals. Sorted by Approval Status.

Migration Approvals by Environment (List Format)

List of archive sets pending migrations that required approvals. Sorted by target environment.

Migration History with Approval History (List Format)

List of archive set migrations sorted by migration date. The report also List of the approvers.

PeopleSoft Archive Set Activity Based Migration History (List Format)

PeopleSoft® migration history with approval history sorted by dates.

User Approvals (List Format)

List of migration and status transfer approvals assigned to a user.

Compliance reports help satisfy any audit and compliance requirements by answering who changed what and when in the Quest® Stat® Database.

Description

CSR Object History (List Format)

List of object activity (such as Add and Remove) for a particular CSR. This report can only be run on one CSR at a time. User must specify a CSR ID in the criteria.

CSR Status History (List Format)

List of CSR status changes sorted by CSR ID and date.

Maintenance Table Last Update (List Format)

List of all the Stat maintenance table update activity sorted by table and date.

Stat Audit Table (List Format)

List of changes that have occurred to certain Stat maintenance tables. Data is written to this table whenever values are updated, inserted, or deleted in selected maintenance tables. The report shows what values were changed, when they were changed, and by which Stat user.

User Activity History (List Format)

List of CSR activities performed by a particular user sorted by CSR ID and date. The report includes CSR value changes and change management activities.

CSR Reports display general information about CSRs. This category also includes three reports that concern Quest® Stat® projects.

CSR Quick List (List Format)

Displays a brief description of each CSR.

CSR Quick List by Last Update (List Format)

Displays a brief listing of CSRs sorted by last update, which is similar to the CSR list report which you from the Support Console. This report allows you to view recent activity on CSRs with the most recent date displayed first.

CSR Quick List with Descriptions (List Format)

Displays a brief listing of CSRs with code descriptions, sorted by last update.

CSR Lock Overrides (List Format)

List of system log messages indicating that the lock on a CSR was overridden. Sorted by CSR, then by the date/time of the override.

CSR Update History (List Format)

List of modifications made to a CSR.

CSRs by Application (Standard Format)

Displays a detail list of CSRs sorted by Application. Displays general CSR information only.

CSRs by Application Environment (Standard Format)

Displays a detail list of CSRs sorted by Application Environment. Displays general CSR information only.

CSRs by Assigned User (Standard Format)

Displays a detail list of CSRs sorted by Assigned User. Displays general CSR information only.

CSRs by CSR Type (Standard Format)

Displays a detail list of CSRs sorted by CSR Type. Displays general CSR information only.

CSRs by Closed Date (List Format)

Displays a detailed list of CSRs sorted by closed date. Displays general CSR information only. Closed date and closed by userid are available as selection criteria for this report.

CSRs by Customer (Standard Format)

Displays a detail list of CSRs sorted by Customer. Displays general CSR information only.

CSRs by Customer Priority (Standard Format)

Displays a detail list of CSRs sorted by customer priority. Displays general CSR information only.

CSRs by Customer Tracking Number (Standard Format)

List of CSRs sorted by customer tracking number. Displays general CSR information only.

CSRs by Department (Standard Format)

Displays a detail list of CSRs sorted by Department. Displays general CSR information only.

CSRs by Due Date (Standard Format)

Displays a detail list of CSRs sorted by Due Date. Displays general CSR information only. Displays most current due dates first.

CSRs by Last Update (Standard Format)

Displays a detail list of CSRs sorted by the Last Date modified. Displays general CSR information only. Displays most recent reports first.

CSRs by Log Topic (Standard Format)

Displays a detail list of CSRs sorted by Log Topic. Displays general CSR information only.

CSRs by Priority (Standard Format)

Displays a detail list of CSRs sorted by Priority. Displays general CSR information only.

CSRs by Queue (Standard Format)

Displays a detail list of CSRs sorted by Queue. Displays general CSR information only.

CSRs by Status (Standard Format)

Displays a detail list of CSRs sorted by Status. Displays general CSR information only.

Multi-CSR Print (Standard Format)

Displays all CSR data for multiple CSRs. Includes all CSR information except system logs and confidential logs.

Project Activity List (List Format)

List of projects including assigned CSRs and activity data associated to the CSRs.

Project Activity List 2 (List Format)

List of projects and associated CSR task activity. This report is sorted by Project Owner, Project Code, Task Status, CSR ID, and Activity Sequence. Task Status is Completed, In Process, or Not Started.

Project List (List Format)

List of projects.

Project CSRs (List Format)

List of projects and the CSRs contained in the project. Sorted by project owner.

Projects (List Format)

Composite Project list with CSRs, CSR associated tasks and Project Issues.
