Check the server.log in debug mode. It should report the error:
ORA-00904: "MERCEMAILC0_"."IMAP_AUTH_TYPE": invalid identifier

Causa
Even if the environment doesn't require it, the HF-h script does a check on the Email Settings including the OAuth IMAP (HF-e).

Risoluzione
Run the script OAuth2.0Changes script from HF-g against STAT DB. Taking into consideration the Stat Repository databases (Oracle or SQL).
Restart the Stat Central Agent ( Make sure to clean the cache directories).

Its required to apply HF-G DB changes to get the HF-H changes deployed correctly.
