Passing Stat User ID to in Reset Password Email -

By the scenario below:- You have some userid longer than 10 characters that have to be created in Stat But stat USERID is just 10 characters long in STATUSER table.- Given a valid email in the user creation the Stat Admin assign them a temporary password which will be sent by email to the user. In this email, Is there also to pass to the user the USERID assigned to the new User ? -
