When user tried to log on to a database in SQL Optimizer, he received an informational message noting "Using plan tables from SYSTOOLS schema is specified in Preference, but plan tables created in current schema". User clicked on the OK button. It just brought back to the User Logon then he entered the password again, and got the informational message again. It seems like it was locked into a loop.

Risoluzione
There are two steps:
1. Drop the plan tables in current schema before using plan tables in SYSTOOLS schema. This step can resolve the issue. If not please continue step2
2. Uninstall/reinstall both Toad and Quest SQL Optimizer for DB2.
