Used an ID without sysadmin to run SQL Optimizer for DB2 and received, error: 'The Explain table ADVISE_INDEX column '45' does not have the proper definition or is missing.

Causa
Table ADVISE_INDEX was not existed for ID which was running Optimizer.
NOTE: Missing whole set of explain tables. -
Risoluzione
Please use an ID with sysadmin which has explain table set exists.
