1. Remove Install.key from C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Quest Software\Quest SQL Optimizer for DB2 LUW
2. Remove QsAuthorize49.key from C:\Documents and Settings\<user Id>\Application Data\Quest Software\Quest SQL Optimizer for DB2 LUW
3. Reenter new license key
