Error at startup of Optimizer as standalone or within Toad: "This application has failed to start because Synu.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix the problem."

Risoluzione
Uninstall Optimizer:
1. Select Start | All Programs | Quest Software | Quest Installer.
2. Run Quest Installer program. It will list Optimizer as one of the installed products. Select it and hit Next to uninstall.Reinstall Optimizer manually:1. Go to Supportlink download page at https://support.quest.com/Search/SearchDownloads.aspx.
2. Under Search Downloads, enter Quest SQL Optimizer for DB2 as product name
3. Download "Quest SQL Optimizer for DB2 LUW 3.5 .MSI Installer " file to c:\temp folder
4. Run the below command:
msiexec /i "c:\temp\QuestSQLOptimizer_DB2LUW_3.msi" /l "c:\temp\logfile.txt"
