1. Click on either client application or pending locks of Spotlight home page and the following error will appear:
Message:
The following internal error occurred: 'w3wp.exe' is not a valid floating point value
Details:

2. Click on OK button and get another error: Exception EOlException in module SoUDB_Console.spx at 0015F618


3. Clicked on OK and another error follows:
Access violation at address 1E0241E8 in module 'SoUDB_Console.spx'. Read
