Causa
Failure to setup LM and NTLM as configured in the Excel document will result in security audit failures in the event logs and prevent Recovery Manager for AD from performing it's backup.

Risoluzione
Please see the attached Excel document that shows what LM and NTLM security configurations RMAD supports.
The Domain Members are the machines which Recovery Manager for AD is installed on.

Follow the below steps to verify the NTLM setting: 1. Open the Local Security Policy 2. Expand Local Polcies and then Security Options 3. The setting is called "LAN Manager Authentication Level" in Windows 2003 and "Network Access: LAN Manager Authentication Level" in Windows 2008
