The Status of the Agent appears at "inaccessible" even though the user account have enough permissions on the server.
This could be happen because the server is located on other domain or other location than the RMAD server and the credentials of the Agent need to be changed for every collection outside the domain.
When the RMAD agent is installed in a remote server outside the domain the other domain credentials need to be added on the Agent properties for every server.
Steps :
1.- Go to the collection properties of the servers which are failing
2.- Go to Agent Setting tab
3.- Enable the option "Use the following account to access backup Agent and backup files and select the proper account to run the Agent on this servers
