When this error is presented, the customer experienced backup failures. -
Causa
This happens when Qorestor has reached the maximum allowed inodes. -
Risoluzione
1. Ask the customer to generate a Diagnostics Bundle from the Qorestor.
2. Check the amount of RAM and Dictionary size.
If the system is configured with enough RAM and Dictionary size, proceed to increase inodes to 256 Million.Edit the file /etc/oca/customer.env (create if doesnt exist)
add the line:
export MDS_INODES_ALLOWED=256000000
Add the following line if Object Container is being used:
export MDS_OT_INODES_ALLOWED=256000000
afterwards restart services:
systemctl restart ocards
