A PA collector could not be reinstalled on a monitored host. -
Causa
The PA software folder was deleted and the Windows service remained on the server.

Risoluzione
Microsoft's SC -delete command was used to remove the service
Open the Services window
View the properties for the QAM_Launcher service
Take note of the service name listed at the top of the panel
Open a command prompt as Administrator
Enter "SC -delete SERVICENAME" (where the SERVICENAME is the service name from Step 3)
Reinstall the PA collector
