You are running a workflow and wanting to add the sidhistory to the target object but within the logs there is the following error
Write: Failed to add objectSid of xxxxx in xxx.xxxx.xxx using xxxxx.xxxx.xxxx.xxx to sIDHistory of xxxx in xxxx.xxx using xxxxx.xxxx.xxx. (This operation is only allowed for the Primary Domain Controller of the domain)
The tool is telling the target domain which DC's to use for migrate the sidhistory, this error means that the tool is unaware of the PDC or the PDC is not in use within the environment settings.
Check the environments settings and ensure that the PDC is in use and that the tool is aware of it. If the DC is not listed then you will need to run a discovery so the tool adds it to the database.
