How to provide ODM information to Quest Support for migration troubleshooting (254095)

Steps to provide the following information to troubleshoot On Demand Migration (ODM) migrations:

• Organization ID
• Region (US Europe Canada Australia UK)
• Project ID
• Task ID

When requested by Quest Support to collect diagnostic ODM Task information about data that was migrated, click the Copy Diagnostics button.  

1. Login to ODM
2. Select the Organization (if applicable)
3. Click on Migration from the left navigation pane
4. Click on the Project (Accounts, Email, Teams etc.) where the issue is being experienced
5. Click on the Task tab
6. Select the Task from the list
7. In the bottom right of the screen, click the Copy Diagnostics button
8. Paste the contents into a new support request or add to an existing request
