Issue

O365 Validation Check Failed - 

Error: In the log file you will see There was no endpoint listening at https://provisioningapi.microsoftonline.com/provisioningwebservice.svc that could accept the message. This is often caused by an incorrect address or SOAP action.

Solution

One or more of the following are causing this issue:
Remote service isn't loaded
Environment is pointing to the wrong port
PowerShell does not have permission to access the Proxy Server
Your proxy server is blocking the URL. We do not support the use of a proxy server

Contact your network team for a review of the proxy connections to your endpoint destination.
