On occasion a mailbox may appear as stuck in a "Sync Pending" status after a switch. Whilst the switch procedure has completed successfully Final Pass (https://support.quest.com/kb/140389) has not completed as expected . This status remains the several hours. The last entry in the log file for affected mailbox is:
Trace Synchronize logging on to the mailbox
This issue has been fixed with public Update 20160902EX for 8.12 and can be downloaded from https://support.quest.com/download-install-detail/6068447
This issue doesn't affect Migration Manager 8.13
For Migration Manager 8.11 you can use following workaround
1) Create new collection assigned to the different agent.
2) Move affected mailboxes to this new collection
3) Trigger Undo switch - Switch procedure in order to get mailboxes synced
