Changeprofile.exe utility from QMMAD resource kit does not work as expected. After enabling the extended logging errors similar to the following are present in changeprofile.log:

This can be caused by lack of rights to write to the registry.

Make sure changeprofile is running while logged on with a user that has administrative rights over the workstation or at least has the rights to write to the computer registry.
