Error 2009-07-26 04:22:00.735304 10742 1 Cop: Internal sp_cop error - exiting [module cop]
Due to some network security software doing port scanning on the port on which sp_cop is running.
Check to see if some network security software (such as Nessus scan) is doing port scanning on the port on which sp_cop is running, and if so, stop that software activity. It is found to interfere with replication.
This resolution only applies to the specific cause listed in this solution. There could be other reasons for seeing this error.
