Archive Manager has two message policy settings that can be used to configure the export to be delayed to only export when messages are being stripped or when they are being deleted.

The following configuration options for message policies that can be added in the Archive Manager Configuration Editor:
Exchange Store Manager Delay Export For Stub:
The default is 0. If set to1, then the ESM will export the messages when they match the strip policy.Exchange Store Manager Delay Export For Delete:
The default is 0. If set to1, then the ESM will export the messages when they match the delete policy.Restart the "Archive Exchange Store Manager Service" if these settings are either changed or newly created.
