During the configuration of "Use Admin Pool accounts", you see the following error:

Unable to connect to remote server
A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host failed to respond
111.11.111.11:443
1- Adjust firewall settings to connect via port 443
2- Telnet into 111.11.111.11 443 from the migration console to verify the manual connectivity to that IP address via port 443
