There are situations such as testing new deployments where it may be necessary to make a deployment on a system that does not meet all Windows 11 requirements (Windows 11 Specs and System Requirements | Microsoft).

This article provides a workaround to deploying Windows 11 on any system. 

WARNING: Be careful with circumventing the requirements, as Microsoft reserves the right to suspend security updates for systems in the future if they do not meet all the requirements for Windows 11.

Right after the task has been successfully imported, the next step is to add the pre-installation task to the Windows 11 installation.

Additional considerations:
Please be aware, that for Windows 11 deployment up to 23H2 it is necessary to remove the line "ECHO Create partition msr size=128" from the [DISK] Create BIOS/UEFI Partitions task (it is advised to duplicate the task and modify this instead). For Windows 11 24H2 and later the task can be used as is.
