Microsoft Office 365 app is detecting a patch as applicable after running a detect job but when running a deploy job, the job completes and the patch does not get installed and no error messages are displayed on the patch schedule's summary
With Microsoft 365 Apps there are different update channels and each of them have a different update tree for the supported versions.
There are three primary update channels:
These channels are visible on any Office 365 app's product information page.
On the devices' registry you can verify what the CDNBaseURL and UpdateChannel URLs are. These 2 URLs MUST match in order for the updates sent by the Kace SMA be installed correctly. If they do not match, when the device checks back in with Microsoft's CDN, it will see that the update installed "does not" match its channel and will revert the changes.
The URLs are the following:
Monthly Enterprise Channel
CDNBaseUrl = http://officecdn.microsoft.com/pr/55336b82-a18d-4dd6-b5f6-9e5095c314a6
Current Channel
CDNBaseUrl = http://officecdn.microsoft.com/pr/492350f6-3a01-4f97-b9c0-c7c6ddf67d60
Semi-Annual Enterprise Channel
CDNBaseUrl = http://officecdn.microsoft.com/pr/7ffbc6bf-bc32-4f92-8982-f9dd17fd3114

The key is located in "\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\ClickToRun\Configuration"
