Required cartridge specific license is missing for cartridge in 8.0 FMS (4380351)

A message similar to the following prevents a 8.0 database cartridge from being installed in a 8.0 FMS.

The first release of the Foglight 8.0 FMS and cartridges enforced cartridge-specific licenses. Older licenses were found to be deprecated.

From July 30th through August 15, SQL Server, DB2, and Oracle cartridges found available from Supportlink had this issue.

STATUS

This issue was identified as defect FOG-11668 and fixed in the 8.0.0.1 FMS (Foglight Management Server) and the 8.0.0.12 Oracle, SQL Server and DB2 database cartridges.

A). If the FMS is updated using the 8.0.0.1 Core installer (without database cartridges), download and install the attached Oracle, SQL Server, and DB2 cartridges that contain the fix. Users must be logged into Supportlink to download the cartridges. 

B). Alternatively, users at the 7.1.5 and 7.3.x levels can download the Foglight for Databases 8.0.0 installer found on Supportlink. This contains the corrected FMS and database cartridges.
