"Non supported character set" when connecting to Oracle -

When a new database agent is added to monitor a Oracle database, the following error is encountered while attempting to connect:
Failed to monitor AGENT_NAME Non supported character set (add orai18n.jar to your classpath): EE8ISO8859P2
The file orai18n.jar is in the database server, the Foglight Management Server, and both external and internal Agent Manager work properly.

Causa
The basic Java Archive (JAR) file ojdbc8.jar, contains all the necessary classes to provide complete globalization support for:CHAR or VARCHAR data members of object and collection for the character sets US7ASCII, WE8DEC, WE8ISO8859P1, WE8MSWIN1252, and UTF8.To use any other character sets in CHAR or VARCHAR data members of objects or collections, you must include orai18n.jar in the CLASSPATH environment variable.This user is using EE8ISO8859P2 which is Eastern European and Greek. -

WORKAROUND
- Please download the orai18n.jar file relevant to the monitored database platforms from one of the pages linked from the Oracle JDBC download website here: https://www.oracle.com/database/technologies/appdev/jdbc-downloads.html or download and unzip the attached file named orai18n.zip (users must be logged into Supportlink to access the file below)
- Stop the Foglight Agent Manager
- Copy the orai18n.jar file into the Foglight Agent Manager java libraries {fglam}\agents\DB_Oracle\{version}\lib folder
- Restart the Fglam
- Attempt the connection again
STATUS
As part of enhancement FOG-4737, the Oracle cartridges at the 6.3.0.10 and higher releases have been updated with the orai18n.jar file.
