PagerDuty cartridge configured but it is not forwarding alarms to PagerDuty.
Connectivity to PagerDuty from the Foglight Management Server (FMS) host has been verified as per No alarms are forwarded to PagerDuty (4257510).
No errors present in the FMS logs. -

WORKAROUND
Complete the following steps to alter how the server generates the URL of the alarms:
- Edit server.config in [FMS_HOME]/config
- Add -Dfoglight.alarm.notification.use.wcf.url=true to an unused server.vm.optionX parameter (see example below).
- Restart the FMS service or daemon to apply changes.
Example:server.vm.option2 = "-Dfoglight.alarm.notification.use.wcf.url=true";
