There is no Top SQL collection listed in the collections for the SQL Server and Oracle agents.
The Top SQL tab is missing in Agent Administration.

Risoluzione
The Top SQL collection is disabled when SQL PI is configured and the topology in the FMS repository will not be filled.
If a user has a dashboard built that depends on the topology then is can be enabled again using the Agent Status Properties.
If all of the selected agents have SQL PI enabled, the Top SQL Statement tab will not appear.
and the Top SQL collection will not be displayed in the list of collections
If some agents have SQL PI enabled and some agents do not have SQL PI enabled then the "Top SQL Statement" tab will appear and a warning message will be displayed ("Note: when SQL PI extension is enabled it overrides the Top SQLs collection settings")
and an inconsistent results icon will indicate that some agents have the Top SQL collection and others do not.
If all of the agents do not have SQL PI enabled then the Top SQL Statement tab will appear and a warning message will not appear.
and the Top SQL collection will display as normal
