Access violation at address in module 'CTO.exe' on clicking 'Refresh Program List' (4306472)

a. Create a new test definition

b. Select the oracle package

c. Create a few unit test cases for some procedure and click on save and then run

d. After successful run of the test scenarios, click on edit test

e. On the define test case window, click on "Refresh Program List"

f. Click on any other procedure of the same package which has no existing test cases. On clicking the following error occurs

"Access violation at address 000... in module'CTO.exe', Read of address 0000..."
